The team are excited to launch their updated version of the construction logistics tool, Zone Manager V6!
Incorporating several changes based on the feedback from users, V6 builds on our previous release of this popular logistic tool.
The new fully responsive front end now means that Zone Manager is fully accessible on a wide range of screen sizes. This change improves the use of Zone Manager functionality in all environments.
It provides a means of communicating with site visitors. Contractors, sub-contractors and hauliers are logging on the system on a daily basis so it is an ideal way of giving them the up to date information they need and the latest situations they must be aware of.
The home, or landing page, can provide maps of the routes to site or plans of the site showing access points and gates. Important notices can be displayed in the customisable message box including photos or images, easily editable by the site administrator.
There is a new exciting dashboard which includes visual widgets to give administrators real time visibility of what is happening live on site as well as providing quick overviews of the week’s activities.
We’ve introduced a wizard based booking forms (eat your heart out Harry Potter!) This provides an additional way to make a bookings and requests. Leading the user through a series of simple steps to make a booking you can incorporate the resource booking and avoids the need to make a series of separate bookings.
We’ve also now included a tool to facilitate the reporting and timely resolution of site related issues such as clear-up notices.
