We are committed to supporting existing and new clients across the UK and the World to navigate their way through such unusual circumstances and will offer whatever help we can to keep projects moving forward.
With regards to existing systems:
- If your site is primarily using ‘Booking Requests’ these require additional administrative effort. We can help you switch, perhaps temporarily, to direct bookings so authorisation is no longer required and site bookings can continue unattended.
- Our gold-standard on-going support is available as normal via telephone, e-mail or video conferencing support and the team at Zone Manager will respond to queries and support requests as quickly as we are able.
With regards to new sites:
- Zone Manager can be set up remotely for you without a physical site visit to adhere to the latest advice and guidance from the Government and World Health Organisation
- Training guidance for Zone Manager can be provided remotely through online training modules
